1. Changes in eating or sleeping that don't seem to be related to an illness.
2. Disruptive behavior is observed at home or school.
3. Socially, your child is isolating themselves and no longer wanting to be around friends or family.
4. Extreme feelings of anger, irritability, anxiety, or sadness for prolonged periods.
5. Destructive behaviors include digging their nails into the skin or physically harming themselves.
6. Regression such as accidents in bed, tantrums, or extreme clinginess with no recent life/family dynamics changes.
7. Stressful situations where your child has difficulty coping with how to process their feelings.
